Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) has 7 exhibition halls with 80,500 square meters of indoor exhibition space and 45,000 square meters of outdoor exhibition space.

SNIEC has begun preparations for the construction of two more halls, which will result in an addition 23,000 square meters of space. By 2006, the expansion is therefore expected to increase the total indoor floor space to 103,500 square meters and the total outdoor space to 100,000 square meters.
